[Hong Kong, China Sports Association of the Deaf] Notice of Opinion Collection and Meeting for Amending the Articles of Association
Dear Members,
Happy New Years! We hope this e-mail finds you in good health.
As requested by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, our association underwent a health check in 2021. Based on the review report, it is recommended to amend certain contents of the Articles of Association (AoA). From 2022 to 2023, we have been working on the revision of the relevant documents, mainly focus on the sections regarding directors (Part 2) and members (Part3, Division 1). Additionally, there have been adjustments in wording, formatting, and the inclusion of other contents such as the last section (Part 4, Division 3) on anti-doping and anti-corruption. The relevant documents can be downloaded from our website:

To further improve the amendments to the AoA, we invite all members to provide valuable opinions. The details arrangements are as follows:
