2025 General Meeting

Please be invited for attending the 2025 General Meeting of the Hong Kong, China Sports Association of the Deaf Company Limited. The meeting details shown as below.

Date: 29th April, 2025 (Tuesday)

Time: 7:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m.

Location: Mong Kok Community Hall (Address: L2, Mong Kok Complex, 557 Shanghai Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong)

Attention:

If a valid voting member is unable to attend the meeting in person, he/she can complete and sign the Association’s designated “Letter of Proxy” to entrust
another member with voting right to attend the meeting and vote. The designated “Letter of Proxy”, completed and signed, must be returned to the Association at or before 7:30 p.m. on 27th April 2025 (Sunday) by e-mail to info@hkcsad.org.hk , WhatsApp to 9389 6723, fax to 3579 2262 or by hand. Other means of submission or late submission will not be considered.
