2024 Annual General Meeting

Please be invited for attending the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong, China Sports Association of the Deaf Company Limited. The meeting details shown as below.

Time: 7:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m.

Location: Hall of the Henry G. Leong Yaumatei Community Centre (Address: 60 Public Square Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon).

The duly completed and signed Letter of Proxy must be returned by e-mail to info@hkcsad.org.hk, or WhatsApp to 9389 6723, or fax to 3579 2262 or in person at or before 5:00 p.m. on 4th December, 2024 (Wednesday). Submission by other means will not be considered. Late return of the Letter of Proxy or submission of the Letter of Proxy at the Annual General Meeting will not be accepted.
